Berkat Bismillah

Okay ..perlu diingat en3 ini ditulis oleh orang yang macam aku ...yang aku kena bukak skeleton in my closet which is solat lewat (kekadang mak aku bising baru aku gie kat pili air , atau kena jerit dari tingkat bawah baru aku bangun solat subuh ) , jenis yang ingat Dia tika susah dan obviously aku buat yang fardhu je ... until one i did realized ...He never leave me alone !!!!

Kerja macam aku yang kena convincekan our agent when i acessed the medical case. Actually keje cm aku nampak best as per description tapi bab praktikal dia memang pening.... as how u want to make sure your company gain profit but at the same time not lose money due to the risk that u take ... okay , can you consider it as easy for epilepsy person with 2nd attack on last year to buy insurance policy with sum assured 500k for me to approve the case just like that ? Jadi agen 007 nyer pun datang ke office ...actually this is my colleague case but at that time i handle medical enquiry jadi i la kena jadi tukang jawab ....this agen question is simple but as a company policy my rule number 12 ...untuk tidak membenarkan kata agen ...


Agent: Miss , my client had epilepsy last year , but why you not grant for female care rider since epilepsy is not as one benefit in female rider ?

Aku: betul gak kata mamat ni ....(dlm hati : apa aku nak jawab as my counter attack , to review back the case memang gue malas ...ya Allah , pls give me idea ,..bismillah ) ...at the same my hand tengah scrol the benefit for female rider ...and i got the point which for me memang not concrete to support as logical answer.


----jawapan ku : because in female care rider had hospitality benefit so that if this client had an epilepsy attack we will not cover ....??? (as the thruth is hospitality benefit under female care is only specific for female disease)


Alhamdulillah , the agent understand and said ...okay i understand now and i will advice my client to buy it after 1 year after she control he epilepsy
